Refund/ Exchange policy

Exchanges

DouggieButterHoodz will accept any regularly priced, clean, and unused merchandise for exchange only. Customers wishing to exchange merchandise purchased must first contact us via email at dbhsupport@douggiebutterhoodz.com.

The original packaging must accompany the merchandise. Returned items must be packaged, shipped, and postmarked within five (7) days of receiving the merchandise. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will then reship the new product. While we appreciate your business, we have a strict exchange-only policy and cannot offer refunds for any of our products.

The Following Items are Not Eligible for Exchange:

Used or worn items.

Clearance priced, Special Edition, Custom design orders or Final Sale items.

Our policy lasts (7) days from date of delivery. If (7) days have passed since your purchase delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange.

Shipping
If there is a size issue, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for exchange item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any exchanges will require and additional re-shipping fee.
Please anticipate normal shipping time for your exchanged product to reach us for review and be returned to you.

If you are shipping and item for exchange, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot replace any items lost in return shipping.
