 1. What are the shipping options?

Standard shipping via USPS. Certain situations may require expedited shipping, but that is by request and accommodations can be made.

2. When will I receive my order?

Depending on the size of the order, items will ship within 3-5 business day. Large or bulk orders of 15 for more items will require additional time.   You will be contacted in the event of any delays in shipping.

3. What do I do if I received a defective order?

Our company home base is located in Detroit, MI.

5. How do I make sure I order the right size?

Most of our products are standard size. However, if they are not, we will indicate that in the description area so that you can order accordingly.
